  3. Some Might Say (Rough Mix #1)

Is the Guitar Hero / Rock Band multi tracks mixed together. This is the only source for the complete outro.

Some Might Say (Rough Mix #2)

Is a mix of the Guitar Hero / Rock Band multi tracks and the instrumental version found on an extremely rare Stop the Clocks era promo CD.

Hope that is of some help.

    Cheers,

    Jim

  4. Yes I will upload a FLAC version soon. I did try and remaster 'Be Here Now' but that album is so dense in it's mixing that declipping did nothing to improve it's dynamics. Be Here Now sounds exactly how they wanted it to sound: Big, loud and long. Just more of everything really.

  7. A boring (very simplified) story for you... My first Oasis gig was 03/08/1996 Loch Lomond, Scotland. I was just shy of 14. I have been to virtually every Scottish gig from the first to the last. I would abandon people I was with unless they could handle getting to center front, gripping the barrier all day until they came on. It got to the point Liam would start to notice me at gigs and point to me and clap. I can't tell you what that meant to me. My friends didn't fully believe me. Fast forward to Murrayfield 2009, we got there so early people were just sitting around the front barrier so we took our spot center front and stood there for hours. Seconds before they came out my friend turned to me and said ''this isn't too bad''....que 'Fuckin' In The Bushes'. Madness. Mayhem. Disorientation. Fucking Yes. They strutted out and the gig started. About half way through The Shock of the Lightning (iirc) Liam clocked me and did his point and both my friends looked pretty shocked but inside I was like, I fucking told you! Anyway, a great gig goes by and right at the end during the madness we had been pushed over to the right to the point I couldn't see Noel on the actual stage anymore, we were in front of the right hand lower screen. Liam unplugs his microphone and throws it into the crowd. He then slowly climbs down the stage in front of Gem, so quite far away, with Tambourine in hand. We now couldn't see him for real but could see in the screens he was walking slowly down the front barrier keeping back a couple of metres but shaking the odd hand etc. My friend turned to me and said ''You're getting the tambourine''...No chance, I replied! What seemed like an age later he came into our actual view and again my friend was like ''he's looking for you''. Then it happened, Liam saw me and walked straight towards me, but everyone else was trying reach out and grab him or the tambourine and he kept pulling away pointing at me. I reached my hand down low and he handed it to me and he just stood back staring me and clapped for ages. I want to say I was speechless, emotional, ecstatic, humbled, excited as I ever have been and I was, but now everyone was trying to grab the Tambourine from me but...(I'm a farmer so they had no chance, I can hold onto a 1 tonne bull 🤣🤣). I learned that tambourines can fairly bend! So by this point it was feedback on the stage and Liam went away round the side and gone. I hid the tambourine up my jacket and every single step I took up those Murrayfield steps all you could hear was 'jingle jingle' with people looking at me! We got back to the car and we just sat there speechless. I have a few gig mementos, setlists and some of Noels guitar picks (he uses heavy gauge Dunlop green ones which as a guitarist I was surprised at and a nice Noel G setlist from Braehead Arena which has notes written on the songs for Noel by I'm presuming Jason Rhodes).

From the first Scottish Oasis gig to the last. An incredible journey that only true Oasis fans know what it means.

So, my point,TheRightEarofNash, Thank you so much for taking the time to do what you do. These new, much better versions of bootlegs can truly take you back. Sat last night with my headphones on and listened to loads of your work from live to studio, the FLAC audio is absolutely outstanding.

Keep doing what you do. It's the best and we very much appreciate it. Won't lie, I had a couple of lumps in my throat last night!

    All the best. Live Forever!
